- Coaching Essentials: teaches coaching skills by using a practical training method designed to give your people the mindset, essential skills and structured process they need to accelerate development and bring out the best in themselves & people around them.

Process: The participants will receive an email from the Blanchard Exchange platform
with a link to login and start their SELF learning journey (1 year access).
Certificates will be sent to those who complete it.
After completing your SELF learning experience you can book a follow-up coaching session with one of our coaches!
